Redwood is a beautiful wood for luthiers to use in building Dulcimers. It has a tone that many call warm and bright. We recover our Redwood from salvage of old growth making this soundboard a very eco-friendly and sustainable Dulcimers guitar wood.
Redwood is a great tone wood for Dulcimers soundboards when matched with our Myrtle or Walnut.
There are three sets of two book matched piece 0.18 x 5 3/4 x 34 1/4".
Photos are taken two ways. The first to show what the finished instrument will look like and the second photo is dry to show what the wood will look like when it arrives.
